As Sales Director, you will manage and mentor a team of 8–10 sales representatives, driving results and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Your focus will include refining sales strategies, enhancing processes, recruiting top talent, and coaching team members to excel in their roles.
What You’ll Need:
- 5 years of experience in commercial equipment financing, with at least 3 years leading a sales team.
- Proven ability to develop talent, implement strategy, and achieve measurable results.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
- Ability to commute to Downtown Philadelphia 3 days per week.
