We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to grow our presence in municipal water and sewer markets. This is a net new hunter role, focused on developing new business and getting municipalities to adopt our product into their specifications. If you have a consultative sales approach and are looking for a high-impact opportunity, this could be a great fit.
Note: You must live in the Atlanta area to be considered. This role requires 80% overnight travel throughout the Southeast. For the right candidate, a travel-heavy role will be exciting! - Niche, in-demand product – Once municipalities adopt it, they require builders to use it, and we pay residual commissions!
- Leadership Potential- They will be growing the sales team and looking to promote someone into a Sales Leader role.
- Inheriting a Strong Pipeline- high-potential territory with a strong pipeline, including multiple verbal commitments, pending prospects, and multiple hot opportunities nearing approval.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85k-100k Bonuses Commission OTE $175k
- Residual Commission.

Hardest part of the job?
The hardest part of this job is navigating the sales cycle which can take a year or more and requires persistence, relationship-building, and technical education. Since municipal budgets and regulations vary, navigating bureaucracy and approval processes can be challenging. Additionally, the role requires extensive travel across multiple states, flying out on Monday and returning home on Friday.
The Right Background:
- Experience in high-touch sales environment or previous experience as a field service engineer.
- Prefer a Bachelors Degree (not required).
- Proactive, resourceful, organized and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Must live in the Greater Atlanta area.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
