Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $80k-$120k, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and performance
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $95-135k in the first year, with potential for higher earnings

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.
- Proven hunter mentality, strong sales success, and a strategic business development approach.
- BA/BS strongly preferred.
