About The Role
- Maintain, upgrade, and manage software, hardware, and networks.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize IT performance.
- Support cloud environments and enterprise applications.
- Document IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and cloud environments
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking components.
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups to ensure optimal uptime.
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce best practices and mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose IT improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in system administration or IT support roles.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
