In this position, you’ll assist with discovery, manage case files, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with court deadlines. The firm is looking for someone with a proven track record in personal injury litigation who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the litigation process, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Oversee document management, including collection, review, and production.
- Draft, file, and organize legal documents, maintaining meticulous case records.
- Gather and analyze evidence, working closely with clients to ensure all necessary information is collected.
- Coordinate court filings and ensure adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
