Job Overview

We are seeking a servant-minded Head of Sales to drive strategy, mentor talent, and build a high-performing sales team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the ERP staffing sales strategy
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop 5–10 sales reps in year one
  • Lead the team to exceed a $2M annual gross profit target
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in a staffing industry
  • Commutable to office (Monday-Thursday)
