About the Role:
Our client - a rapidly growing, privately owned staffing firm - is searching for an experienced and driven Market Director to lead, grow, and manage one of their key markets. This leadership role involves developing a high-performing team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring profitability across the market.
Our client is open to two different types of leaders which will come with slightly different compensation models:
- Player/Coach (Someone who has run a full sales desk in their staffing agency while managing a small team)
- Director (Someone whose primary duties were to hire, retain, and develop a team that drives revenue growth, while owning their own P&L)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts to grow market presence and revenue.
- Attract, hire, and develop top-tier talent for the sales team.
- Manage market profitability and performance, balancing team leadership with personal production when needed.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Oversee strategic initiatives to expand client relationships and market share.
Ideal Candidate:
- Extensive experience in sales or staffing with a proven record of driving growth and managing teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate team members.
- Comfortable owning P&L responsibility and executing strategic growth plans.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on both individual and team success.
Player/Coach Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000-150,000
- Commission
- Bonuses: Based on # of Team Members Managed
Director Compensation:
- Base Salary: Up to $150,000
- Estimated 1st Year OTE: $180,000-$200,000
