Due to an internal promotion, the team is ready to hire a new customer-centric professional with either e-commerce or consumer product distribution industry experience.
In this client support role, you will partner with the sales team member toonboard new brands / customers, launch new product listings, and support accounts to retain business. As a 3rd party service provider, this company supports a variety of small-to-large customers including consumer electronic brands, retailers, and e-commerce channels.
The right person for this customer-centric job opportunity will have experience working in e-commerce or consumer product distribution. The role offers hands-on training, setting you up for long-term career development within a growing organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of e-commerce sales support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly coachable and self-driven personality
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite
BENEFITS
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
