KeyResponsibilities :

  • Developandmaintainrelationshipswithbuilders,contractors,architects,andglazingsub -contractors.
  • Identifynewbusinessopportunitiesandmaximizemarketpenetration.
  • Conductproductdemonstrationsandtrainingsessions.
  • Collaboratewithinsidesalesandsupportteams.
  • UtilizeCRMsystems(Salesforce)andsoftwaretoolsforsalestrackingandreporting.
  • Attendtradeshowsandindustryeventstoincreasebrandvisibility.
  • Ensureproductspecificationsalignwithprojectneedsandbudgets.

THEQUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 yearsofcommercialconstructionsalesexperience
  • Provenabilitytomanagelong - termB2Brelationships.
  • Strongcommunication,presentation,andnegotiationskills.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeandCRMplatforms.
  • ValiddriverslicenseandabilitytotravelwithinthePhoenixValleyarea.
