THE JOB
As a Franchise Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing franchise business owners while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining brand standards. This position involves a blend of customer service, training, and account management, with responsibilities that include :
- Providing initial and ongoing training to franchisees.
- Acting as a liaison between franchisees and customers to resolve issues.
- Identifying and selling additional cleaning services and supplies to new and existing customers.
- Conducting site visits and offering expert advice on cleaning operations.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records.
Key goals include ensuring franchisee success, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth through excellent service delivery.
