THE JOB
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the research, development, and implementation of branding materials that resonate with the target audience. Working closely with cross-functional teams-including product development and sales-you will ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
This position involves competitive market research to uncover customer needs, creating compelling content using graphic design software, managing relationships with dealers, and planning / coordinating trade shows. A significant aspect of the role is staying informed about industry trends and proactively sharing insights to align strategies with emerging opportunities.
Key responsibilities include : Conducting competitive research to identify customer needs and market opportunities.Designing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.Managing and forecasting the marketing budget.Building relationships with dealers and ensuring they are stocked with company merchandise.Planning and coordinating annual trade shows.Collaborating with internal teams to maintain brand consistency.Utilizing graphic design software, including Adobe Suite, to create high-quality materials.THE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred; 2-5 years of experience in marketing or graphic design required.Strong knowledge of graphic fundamentals, layouts, print, color, and web platforms.Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.THE BENEFITS
