Their fire protection products are used in a variety of construction projects including airports, data centers, semiconductor plants, life science, higher ed, EV, and more.Employees here enjoy working for a stable firm that offers a robust sales onboarding program, flexible work environment, generous benefits, and the ability to grow internally.THE JOB : This is a great opportunity for an experienced Fire Protection sales professional located in the Portland, OR or Seattle, WA area.This remote and in-the-field opening involves specifying fire protection products into large construction projects (airports, data centers, semiconductor plants, life science, higher education, EV, etc). Your territory would include traveling throughout OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, and AK. Day-to-day you could be in a boardroom speaking with executives, or on a job site surveying a commercial project with developers. You'd collaborate with other engineering and support team members to meet customer requirements as projects are completed.Growing and maintaining business relationships with mechanical engineers and owners is critical in this role. The company empowers its team to entertain customers a couple of times per week via happy hours, lunches / dinners, sporting events, etc. THE QUALIFICATIONS : 6 years of industrial sales experience.
