with cutting-edge technology. With more inbound leads than they can handle, they need a Senior B2B Account Manager to help drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role :
Manage & close inbound qualified leads—no cold outreach necessary.
Consult with IT and facility leaders to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Track and manage your pipeline in the CRM to stay organized and on target.
Qualifications :
Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday in the Walnut Creek, CA office.
5 years of B2B sales experience , ideally selling to IT, Facilities, Government, Schools, Real Estate, or Construction.
Experience selling technology solutions —low-voltage security systems, phone systems, IT, A / V, or other IP-based solutions.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals.

80K base Year 1 OTE of $160K (uncapped commission)
