Salesfolks seeks a highly motivated and target driven Inside Sales Representative for our client who is based in Chicago. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. This is an on-site role working M-F 8am-4 : 30pm from the office located in Chicago.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, making outbound calls, and nurturing relationships with prospects. You will use your excellent communication and persuasion skills to engage with decision-makers, understand their needs, and provide them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential leads using various sources, primarily manufacturers
- Purchasing agent, Managers, project managers, product manager, plant managers, engineers etc.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and engage in consultative selling
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team
- Nurture relationships with prospects through follow-up calls and emails
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Compensation :
Base salary of $52,000 to $70,000, plus 5% commission. Expected OTE (on-target earnings) of $102,000 to $149,000.
