Salesforce Inc. seeks BT Risk Management and Information Security Manager in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Define scope, project plan, and deliverables for 1 - 2 large scale internal control readiness projects and 2-3 medium security readiness projects. Oversee the work of vendors working through internal control testing, providing scoping guidance based on BT business partner guidance. Independently performs IT security and SOX control assessments/deep dives to identify areas of opportunities for BT to enhance control environment for in pre and postproduction environments. Facilitate the process for prioritizing onboarding of assets to the I&EM tool to reduce security risk. Enable BT stakeholders to stand up manual access reviews by providing adequate training and guidance. Perform design review assessments and security continual basis on Security policies and recommendations, guidance and updates. Perform design review assessments and security control assessments on a continual basis on the Common Controls Framework and provide recommendations, guidance and updates. Serve as a trusted Security advisor, providing solutions and thought leadership, to BT business partners who are key stakeholders among projects. Accountable for project reporting which includes blockers, risks, issues, and key metrics. Manage and / or contribute to special security and internal control projects both on-going and recurring (e.g., scaling controls, Segregation of Duties, I&EM process improvements; implementation support / compliance advisory), as needed, in an effective and efficient manner. Telecommuting is an option.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Audit Lifecycle; (2) Financial Compliance; (3) Financial Risk Control; (4) Sarbanes Oxley ; (5) IT Audits; (6) Risk Management; (7) experience in preparing business requirement documents; (8) Financial Operations; (9) Operational Processes (10) Security Control Assessment(s); (11) Identity and Access Management quality assurance reviews; (12) Security Standard design assessment(s) (13) Program Manager (14) Issue management (15) New system integration reviews, role validation, (16) Security Common Control Framework experience. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $184,579.00 - $236,500.00 per annum.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.

For Maryland based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.For Hawaii-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.

For Minnesota based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $184,579 to $236,500.
