Global Procurement and Sourcing (GPS) manages company spend for all categories including technology, corporate and professional services, real estate, and marketing meetings and events. This is a global function which supports the sourcing, negotiation, procurement and supplier program management for all regions. GPS reports into the Finance organization and is comprised of approximately 200 professionals worldwide.

Role Description :

We are looking for a Director of Sourcing for Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS). This person is responsible for leading a team of sourcing professionals and will report to the Vice President of Services Sourcing. This candidate will handle all of the sub-categories related to Workplace Services, Design & Delivery, Transaction & Brokerage Services, and Security & Safety. This person will have accountability for the delivery of department and functional goals as well as supporting the team to execute on global strategies.

The Director of Services Sourcing will partner with the Real Estate and Workplace Services and Global Security and Safety's leadership team and partner across Salesforce to set up multi-year strategies, targets and align business and sourcing priorities. This role is responsible for driving the global sourcing strategy through an analytical approach with a balanced understanding of business, system and operational requirements. This candidate is responsible for developing teams to lead global and regional negotiations and drive a cross-functional partnership for an optimized value proposition. Success in this position requires a high-energy, self-motivated, and agile leader with strong sourcing strategy skills, combined with a deep understanding of market conditions and flexible sourcing / contracting standard methodologies. This dynamic position requires excellent communication, relationships building, and influencing skills.

The Sourcing Director will be responsible for developing and driving the sourcing strategy and supplier management for real estate, workplace services, design & delivery and physical security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sourcing, facilities management and supplier negotiations, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive efficient sourcing strategies and cost savings.

Your Impact :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy that aligns with organizational goals and ensures cost-effective, high-quality solutions / services.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for REWS and ensure proactive insight to the pipeline of sourcing needs from the business units.
• Oversee the negotiation of contracts to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance.
• Manage key relationships with suppliers, ensuring performance standards and service levels are met.
• Be a trusted advisor to internal partners, including Business Units, Finance, Legal, and Procurement Operations, to understand their needs and ensure sourcing strategies meet requirements.
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative, sustainable, and secure solutions.
• Ensure effective contract management, addressing service issues, managing disputes, and optimizing contract terms for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing peers to find opportunities to use global buying power.
• Continuously identify and eliminate tactical activities that do not contribute to the value proposition.
• Coach and mentor your team on professional development opportunities for career progression.
