As a Principal UX Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, accessibility experts, and cloud teams across the organization. Together, you'll deliver high-quality, accessible, and performant components that power experiences for millions of developers, creating scalable solutions that meet the needs of both no-code enthusiasts and pro-code experts.

- Lead technical implementation of complex design system features and architectural improvements
- Drive code quality standards and testing strategies across the team

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $230,800 to $334,600. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
