SalesForce4Hire is hiring a Regional Sales Specialist to market our client’s product into the O.R./Anesthesiology space. MUST HAVE:
SalesForce4Hire is hiring a Regional Sales Specialist to market our client’s product into the O.R./Anesthesiology space. MUST HAVE:
- Successful experience selling capital equipment into hospital O.R.’s
- Proven ability to consultatively and persuasively sell to a highly clinical audience; well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong multitasking ability, and excellent follow-up skills.
- Responsible for direct sales calls into hospital and ASC markets, initiating and implementing clinical product evaluations, securing new customers while expanding product usage at existing accounts. Areas of sales focus include OR, ICU, PACU, and other applications/areas needed.
- Develop and implement a territory sales & marketing plan that will assure attainment or exceeding of sales quota; review results periodically and take corrective action as needed.
- Create and implement appropriate sales strategies and tactics to meet changing conditions and specific marketing challenges in assigned territory.
- Attend and participate in local and national trade shows and conventions as required; assist in equipment coordination, set-up and product demonstrations.
- Input thorough and concise account and call information into CRM and update weekly. Complete and submit required administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Complete and maintain vendor credentialing qualifications including requisite vaccinations.
- Provide product inservicing, training and technical support to customers when necessary.
- Actively participate in all team meetings and calls; proactively share customer feedback and Best Practices.
- Up to $1000/month mileage reimbursement

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Life Sciences/ Communication or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a sales specialist in the OR, ICU and/or PACU. Previous experience selling to Anesthesiologists a significant plus.
- Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above.
Salary : $95,000 - $100,000
