The Verizon Client Associate is a key position as one of the primary points of contact between our team and the assigned brand.

Position Overview: As a Verizon Client Associate, you’ll be instrumental in growing and promoting a leading technology company. You will meet with clientele, showcase products, generate sales reports, and improve sales performance metrics through regular analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support sales accounts while delivering exceptional client service.
• Gather and report customer feedback, including orders, compliments, or complaints.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned sales leads, handling a variety of accounts.
• Gain in-depth product and service knowledge to address questions and overcome objections.
• Assist the sales team in achieving quarterly revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues to build trust.
• Mentor and support new sales trainees as they adapt to their roles.
• Work closely with management, sales representatives, and the marketing team to stay informed about the latest offerings.
• Listen attentively to customer needs and provide tailored solutions for account growth.

Qualifications:

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
