Position Overview: As a Verizon Customer Representative, you’ll be instrumental in growing and promoting a leading technology company. You will meet with clientele, showcase products, generate sales reports, and improve sales performance metrics through regular analysis. Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales accounts while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Gather and report customer feedback, including orders, compliments, or complaints.
