The Opportunity

As a Jr. Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales growth. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about our products, and willing to put in the hard work to master our company’s processes and systems. This position is perfect for someone with some sales experience who is ready to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

· Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

· Travel to customer locations and tradeshows as needed to promote our products and build connections.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

· Process orders in our Inventory system

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities:

· Some experience in a sales position, preferably in B2B or wholesale environments.

· A strong willingness to learn and adapt to our company’s products and processes.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Computer savvy (Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools)

· A proactive and outgoing personality with a knack for building relationships.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Persistence and determination to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

· Willingness to travel to customer locations and industry tradeshows as required.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
