Position: Clinical Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
What You’ll Do: As a Clinical Dietitian, you'll play a vital role in providing comprehensive nutrition services to individuals and groups, helping patients tackle nutrition-related issues, manage chronic diseases, and promote wellness. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary health care team to ensure care plans are tailored to each patient’s needs. You’ll utilize the Nutrition Care Process to assess, diagnose, and evaluate nutrition interventions while educating and counseling patients, families, and the community on the best practices in nutrition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and develop personalized nutrition care plans for individuals at nutritional risk
- Work closely with the health care team to integrate nutrition goals with patient-centered medical objectives
- Provide expert nutrition education and counseling for patients, families, and the community
- Stay on the cutting edge by applying evidence-based nutrition practices and guidelines
- Promote disease prevention and chronic disease management through nutrition

Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and state licensure
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process and Terminology (NCPT)
- Passion for patient-centered care and wellness education
