- Assume responsibility for the overall function of the department in the absence of the manager, ensuring smooth operations.

- Coordinate and execute ongoing staff education programs, promoting professional growth and continuous learning.
- Serve as a role model for nursing staff, demonstrating expertise in clinical practice and patient care.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Prefer BSN; experience in a similar clinic setting preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.
BLS Certification required.
