Your Role at HRRMC:
- Be the Friendly First Point of Contact: Greet patients, physicians, and staff with professionalism and empathy, whether in person or on the phone.
- Master Healthcare Scheduling: Efficiently manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and telehealth visits using EHR scheduling systems.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain meticulous attention to detail when entering and verifying patient demographics, insurance information, and payment details.
- Stay Calm Under Pressure: Handle emergencies and difficult situations with tact, using de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a smooth and efficient healthcare experience.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school degree, plus a minimum of three years of responsible business experience, preferably in a public relations, healthcare setting, or other professional setting.
