Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and ready to make a meaningful impact in healthcare? HRRMC is looking for a Registration Specialist to join our dynamic team and ensure an exceptional experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, professional service to patients and visitors.
- Perform accurate patient registrations for hospital services.
- Maintain integrity in patient demographics, insurance, and guarantor data.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and patient portal inquiries.
- Support regulatory compliance, including EMTALA guidelines.
- Collaborate with ancillary departments for seamless patient care.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in CPSI registration with a 95% accuracy rate.
- Ability to read and verify physician orders with patients.
- Experience collecting and verifying insurance information.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
A minimum of three years related business and/or customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office.
