The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating FSD development with the identification management process into customer's environment using appropriate technology to automate the solution.
Additionally, they will produce top quality products within given timeframes for the customer. Primary duties of the Systems Engineer / FSD Developer include, but are not limited to :
Contribute to the design, configuration, testing and deployment of identity management environment
Work closely with Web Development / SQL Engineer and FSD Admin on solution implementation
Integrate solution with customer's ServiceNow instance
Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendations
Formulate relationships of trust with customer, stakeholders and team members

Required Qualifications :
Top Secret with SCI eligibility on Day 1
Bachelor's degree with 8 years experience (or commensurate experience)
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II (Sec CE, SSCP, CND, CCNA Security, etc)
Experience with ServiceNow implementation and automation (Jakarta or later)
Experience with Microsoft Server 2012 and later
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment
Dependable and flexible when necessary

Desired Qualifications :
Microsoft Certified Systems Expert (MCSE) or MS Certified Systems Associate (MCSA)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization
