Practice Highlights
- Typical work week: 4 days in clinic and one day in the OR, with growing surgical volume.

- Surgical cases per day/week: approximately 14-20 per month.
- Services provided: Basic general ENT surgeries
- Call Coverage: Rarely required, with only 10 days of call per month.
- Local competition: None for ENT services, with an allergy/immunology practice sharing satellite office space.
- Compensation based on skills offered, new vs. existing physician, with fair market value and commercially reasonable methodology.
- Bonus structure: Exceeding annual w/RVU threshold receives additional payment.
- Educational loan repayment: Significant loan repayment available, repayable over years of service.
- Signing bonus: Typically $20-40K, dependent on contract terms.
- Relocation reimbursement: Up to $8-12K
