This esteemed multispecialty medical group in Napa, CA seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Urologist to join its team of 150 clinicians. As a physician-owned and operated organization, incoming physicians will be offered a partnership track with equal ownership.
About the Position
- Average patients per day: 17
- Procedure days in clinic: 1 (average 10-12 procedures/day)
- OR/procedure days: 1-1.5 per week in office
- Additional OR days: 1-2 per week (average 4-5 procedures/day)
- ASC days: 1-3 per month
- Call requirement: 7 days per month; residence within 30 minutes of the hospital is required
- Clinical procedures include cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, urodynamics, and more

- Salary guarantee: $533,095 for 18 months
- Productivity model (WRVU) starts in month 19
