POSITION: Intake/Data Entry Specialist
LOCATION: Heartland Early Education
TERM: 40 hours/week, full year
START DATE: ASAP
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in administrative support with superior organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace. Knowledge of operating standard office equipment. Knowledge of databases. Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally. Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Prefer bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (read, speak, write).
DUTIES: Duties include entering data in various databases, analyzing and requesting missing information, recordingkeeping, interviewing families to determine program eligibility, assisting personnel with ensuring ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) standards are met per Federal Regulations.
SALARY: Salary Placement Schedule – Classified, Range 13 (ranges between $15.56/hr - $16.52/hr)
