POSITION:
Preschool Para
LOCATION:
Schilling Elementary School
Salina, Kansas
TERM:
- 35 hours per week
- During the school-year (August through May)
STARTING PAY:
- $16.34/hr (High School Diploma, no experience required)
- $17.36/hr (Must have CDA credential)
- Additional Benefits: Pay increases and a $500 incentive upon obtaining CDA.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a preschool setting is preferred
- Passion for working with preschool children is essential!
DUTIES:
You will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of preschool children. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Assisting children with daily activities
- Providing direction and guidance to foster a positive learning environment
- Supporting teachers in facilitating age-appropriate educational activities and ensuring a safe, nurturing space for children to grow and learn.
