- Position Summary:
- Performs rounds to monitor condition of building and equipment. Performs general maintenance activities such as minor electrical, mechanical or plumbing. Completes assigned preventative maintenance activities. Performs ice and snow removal as needed.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum Experience
- 2 or more years experience in general maintenance or related duties
- Required Registration/License/Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clear driving record preferred
