What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Practice Provider - Urology position at SALINA UROLOGY ASSOCIATES PA?
Salina Urology Associates is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Urology Physician Assistant (PA) to add to our team. The APP will provide comprehensive care to patients with urological concerns, including prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Working under the supervision of a urologist, the NP or PA will perform assessments, orders diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and educate patients about urological conditions and procedures. The NP or PA will also assist our urologists in surgical procedures.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: Master’s degree from an accredited advanced registered nursing program or physician assistant program
- Licensure: Current Kansas APRN or PA-C license or the ability to acquire licensure within set time frame
- Experience: Urology specific experience is not mandatory, however previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in urology, surgery, or a related field is beneficial.

Work Environment:
