Possession and maintenance of a valid Child Development Associate Permit from the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing; AND
- Education as required by the "Every Student Succeeds Act of 2015" :
- High school diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years of higher education study (48-semester units); OR
- Possession of an Associate's or higher degree; OR
- Meet a rigorous quality standard and demonstrate, through a formal State or local academic assessment, knowledge and the ability to assist in instructing, reading, writing, and mathematics.
- CPR / First Aid Certification (NO ONLINE COURSES ACCEPTED)
- Proof of HS Graduation
- Other (Child Development Associate Permit)
