Department: Materials Management Works under the supervision of the Director/Assistant Director. Provides mail and courier service to the organization. Sorts, delivers, and picks up all mail for all departments. Acts as Hospital courier for urgent medical items, delivers or picks up medical records, delivers Board of Directors materials or other needs at the direction of Materials Management supervisorial staff. Assumes receptionist duties in their absence. Performs other duties and special assignments as assigned. Education: Work requires knowledge generally acquired through a high school education or GED. Licensure: Valid Driver License. Experience: One (1) to two (2) years mailroom experience preferred. Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Analytical abilities to determine postage and utilize postage/mail equipment. The hourly rate for this position is $27.44 - $33.35 The range displayed on this job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for this position.
