What are the responsibilities and job description for the PERSONNEL SUPERVISOR I position at Salinas Valley State Prison?
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
Under the direction of the Personnel Supervisor II, the Personnel Supervisor I supervises, trains, organizes and directs the workload of three (3) Personnel Specialist’s, in the preparation, processing and submission of personnel services related documents.

Working Conditions
Bonus: Personnel Supervisor I receives an additional $200 per month, after 12 qualifying pay periods.
Note: Changes to new bargain contract - additional pay increase is given to the retention payment.
