ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties or task may be requested or assigned by immediate supervisor, his / her designee, or other management / supervisor.
- Providing for emotional and physical comfort and safety of patients through :
- Understanding human relationships between and among patients, families, and personnel.
- Recognizing, understanding, and respecting backgrounds and spiritual needs.
- Recognizing and understanding the effects of social and economic problems upon patients.
