Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at Saline Memorial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and be able to operate x-ray equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform various technical exams in the area of Radiology under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Operate x-ray equipment, prepare exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and medications.
- Provide patient services using established positioning and technical factors.
- Maintain supplies and coordinate patient flow within the Radiology areas.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a formal Radiologic Technology course in an AMA-approved school.
- Registration as a Radiologic Technologist or eligibility for registration.
- The ability to operate radiographic equipment safely and properly.
- BLS certification.
