Salisbury Elementary School is seeking a Long Term Substitute for a Grade 6 Special Educator position. This Long Term Substitute will serve as case manager for students in support of their IEP goals within an inclusive setting. As Long Term Substitute, your key duties will involve:
Crafting and delivering tailored instruction and resources to cater to the diverse learning needs of our students, which may include those with intricate learning profiles.
Providing guidance to instructional assistants in implementing educational strategies for assigned students.
Fostering effective communication channels among instructional team members, parents, faculty, and administration to ensure cohesive support for our students.
Consistently monitoring and documenting students' progress toward meeting their IEP objectives.
