Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of leading a competitive NCAA DIII Women’s Soccer program. This position requires a commitment towards the student athletes on preparation, academic achievement, and community involvement while adhering to NCAA DIII bylaws and Salisbury University Athletic standards.
Authority and Accountability
This position reports to the Head Women’s Soccer coach and ultimately to the Director of Athletics.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree required.
- A Master’s degree required
- Must possess excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Related experience working with college student athletes and a strong foundational knowledge of NCAA DIII women’s soccer rules and regulations preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills preferred
Additional Job Information:
The position is a full-time, exempt, state role with comprehensive benefits.
