Territory Manager Job Description
The Territory Manager is a member of the Supervisory Staff.
Company Description: Salkhi Petroleum, is one of the fastest growing fuel distribution and convenience stores in the Bay Area. Our business includes the sale and supply of gasoline products as well as convenience stores at the sites. We deal with several gasoline brands such as Chevron, Valero, and 76. We set a high standard in quality among other competitors that has allowed for the company to expand while maintaining and developing these standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages an area of sites that are geographically aligned. These sites may have store managers or assistant managers or both.
- May manage a location as part of duties based on number of sites and size of sites
- Responsible for staffing, development, disciplinary actions, scheduling, ordering, cost control, emergency response, and any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Responsible for all training
- Maintain high standards of store image ensuring that store is clean, well-stocked and ready for business. This includes maintaining the high standard not only set by Salkhi Petroleum, but by Chevron, Valero, and any other branded station.
Job Requirements:
- Clear communication skills with the ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner as well as to lead and delegate tasks to managers and cashiers.
- Must have a vehicle, insurance, and a valid California driver's license
- Customer Service experience
- Management Experience
- Computer Skills working with Windows programs. Previous C Store back-office and Point-Of-Sale software experience favored but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,640.00 - $78,640.00 per year
