- Work with Dispatch team members in answering the phones to provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatch, agents, and Payroll/Billing on pertinent trip details.- Attention to detail a must.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Works well with a team.- Personal accountability and initiative.
- Problem solver.
- This position does require some weekends and holidays. Pay is based on experience.
- Knowledge of thoroughbred industry required.
