What You'll Contribute

As the Associate, Product Analytics you will provide analytical support related to Product-level performance and initiatives, by gathering and analyzing data, generating insights, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do
  • Support the analytics team in conducting data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations
  • Assist in gathering, cleaning, and preparing data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI, helping track key metrics and performance indicators
  • Query and analyze large datasets using SQL/SAS
  • Identify key storylines and insights utilizing pivot tables in Excel
  • Summarize findings in PowerPoint with graphs, tables, or other visuals as needed
  • Assist in presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making
  • Support ad hoc requests and project work as delegated

What you have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 years of working experience with Excel and PowerPoint at an intermediate level is essential for this role
  • 1 years of working experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in analytics
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform consistent data validation and deliver crisp, clean work products
  • Independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Intellectual curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, with a bias toward action
  • Can-do attitude and a team player who works well with others and thrives with challenges that do not have a clear, defined path for resolution
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • An ability to identify key actionable insights and tell a story using data


Preferred education, skills, and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 1 years of experience in analytics or related field
  • 1 years of experience working for a financial institution
  • 1 years of experience using Power BI or Tableau
