TITLE : Senior Associate, Data Analytics
Duties : Support the analytics team in conducting data analysis, modeling, and reporting to deliver insights and recommendations. Gather, clean, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making. Create presentations on findings and provide sound recommendations to leadership to influence strategic decision-making. Create and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and data management processes. Hybrid work permitted up to 3 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of the Newark, DE office.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
LOCATION: Sallie Mae Bank, 300 Continental Drive Newark, DE 19713
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or related role where required experience gained.
ALTERNATE
REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of a Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience, employer will accept a Master's degree and one (1) year of experience as a Data Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or related role where required experience gained.
