Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate order timing and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Support kitchen staff during busy periods by helping with food preparation tasks when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety is an asset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
