Primary Duties
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases for daily, weekly, and monthly production, labor, safety, financial, and associate reports.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors.
- Coordinate conferences, meetings, or special events, such as luncheons or associate events.
- Maintains associate information by entering and updating employment and status-change data. Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records. Submits associate data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, attendance, and other associate-related files.
- Supports human resources processes by administering tests, scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, and maintaining records and information.
- Participate in recruitment activities and process hiring-related paperwork. Schedule and conduct new associate orientations.
- Processes all invoices for facility expenses. Tracks until they have cleared the A / P process. Reconciles statements. Completes monthly budget analysis and reconciliation.
- Maintain and balance petty cash fund and capital projects balances monthly.
- Process new hire payroll requests, all payroll corrections, off-cycle payroll check requests, and other employee payroll requests or issues.
- Keep all communication boards up to date with required legal state, federal, company, safety, and associate recognition information.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested by leadership.
