As an Intern, you will support our Merchandise Financial Planning team with the development of financial plans and strategies to ensure our long-term success. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to gain an understanding of merchandise financial planning and the retail industry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving. This role will be a strategic partner to the merchants and planners to support category strategies driving sales, margin, and inventory efficiency.

Primary Duties
- Shadow the Merchandise Financial Planners to learn about the forecasting and planning processes to achieve sales, margin and inventory objectives and KPIs.
- Spend time understanding the cross-functional collaboration with Buying, Product Development, Finance, Replenishment, Marketing and eCommerce to understand the product lifecycle
- Experience a day in the life of a Merchandise Financial Planner where you will shadow, drive and present your findings to leadership.
