Retail Store Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store's daily activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet revenue goals
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and inventory management
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset
