Responsibilities
-Generate and develop new business through leads, referrals, and networking.
-Educate clients on insurance options and tailor policies to meet their needs.
-Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
-Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge.
Requirements
-Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other industry-specific software for tracking leads, managing data, and organizing workflows.
-Independent and self-efficient
-Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
-Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license (if not already licensed).
-Prefer Bilingual in Spanish
Salary : $36,000 - $80,000
