Production Floor Cleaner Job Duties:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Floor Cleaner to join our team at Salm Partners! As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to GMPs and following established chemical handling procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize production floor areas, including meat vats and equipment
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in regular sanitation audits and inspections
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in industrial cleaning or sanitation preferred
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
