Maintenance Director

We are looking for a  Maintenance Director  to join our team!

Responsible for all aspects of building and grounds maintenance. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs required. Clean Driving Record as job requires driving van daily to transport laundry.

  • Ensures preventive maintenance is performed on all equipment according to established schedules and maintain appropriate logs
  • Monthly fire drills and fire alarms systems maintained
  • Fire sprinkler inspections
  • Emergency generator testing
  • Familiar with NFPA and Life Safety Requirements in a Nursing Home
